Cream Cheese Stuffed Sausage Balls | A Splash of Love |

This summer, one of my jobs had a breakfast potluck on the very last day. I knew I wanted to make something simple, but delicious. These are great bite size, well two bites sized, breakfast balls. Bring them to an event and the will be a hit! I have made them several times for different occasions and I always get great remarks.

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
  2. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
  4. 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I use my stand mixer with the dough hook attachment) Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
